Breanna Jean Johnson, affectionately known as Bre, was born on July 11, 1990, in Santa Ana, California, and she graced this world until her untimely passing on January 8, 2025, in Banning, California. Breanna's spirit was vibrant, marked with a loving, fun, and outgoing personality. She had a unique ability to illuminate the lives of those around her, bringing sunshine and laughter wherever she went.
Breanna graduated from Orange High School in 2008, where she made lasting memories as captain of the varsity cheer squad and a proud member of the high school choir. A highlight of her teenage years was the unforgettable senior trip to Europe with her choir classmates, a testament to her love for music and adventure. During her time in school, she not only excelled academically but also nurtured a community of friends who cherished her warmth and exuberance.
Throughout her life, Breanna worked several jobs that she loved, starting as a server at local restaurants during high school and continuing in that role for years. Her time at Best Buy allowed her to connect with more people, further showcasing her friendly nature and passion for service.
Breanna created a myriad of beautiful memories that will be forever treasured by her family and friends. Among the most cherished was the profound bond she shared with her brother, Dustin. They were not just siblings but the best of friends. From the moment he laid eyes on her, Dustin loved her unconditionally, a love that only deepened as they grew together.
Her interests were as wide-ranging as her talents; Breanna had a flair for writing, a passion for arts and crafts, and an appreciation for music. She found joy in spending time with animals, shopping, and experiencing the laughter and love of her family and friends.
Left to carry Breanna's legacy of love and joy are her devoted family members: Brenda Woods (mother), Jon Woods (stepfather), David Johnson (father), Dustin Johnson (brother), Pamela Crawley (grandmother), Gary Ramseth (grandfather), Carol Farrar (grandmother), Ryder Johnson (nephew), Marley Johnson (niece), along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who were touched by her kindness.
Breanna’s journey is now joined with those who have gone before her, including her beloved grandfather, Dennis Johnson, step-grandfather, David Crawley, and her great-grandparents Harold and Shirley Gomer, and Lester Ramseth.
As we bid farewell to Breanna Jean Johnson, we honor a remarkable woman who filled our lives with laughter and love. Though she has left us too soon, her spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. May we all carry her light within us as we remember the joy she brought to every moment we shared.
